BOSTON — The highest court in Massachusetts has refused to grant a new trial to an Oklahoma man convicted of killing the manager of a fast food restaurant.
Quillie Merle Spray III, of Anadarko, Okla., was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison in the death of Sherylann Miller at a KFC-Taco Bell under construction in Clinton in 2000.
