Christopher Miller robbed a store in New Jersey in 1999. Shortly after serving 15 years in prison he returned to do it again, police said.Miller, who told police he's from Tulsa, was convicted in 1999 of robbing the same Stride Rite store in Toms River, N.J. A little more than 24 hours after getting out of prison, he returned to the store for another crime go-round, demanding cash from the store employees.
