ARDMORE — A man with previous felony convictions was arrested Wednesday morning after the Oklahoma Highway Patrol finished its criminal investigation into a July fatality accident.
Charles Keith Jackson, 56, of Fox, was arrested by Carter County sheriff’s deputies on a manslaughter warrant.
