A man accused of shooting his 15-year-old grandson to death because he believed the boy was possessed by the devil was charged Monday in Oklahoma County District Court with murder and four other crimes.
Lochinvar Caldwell Jr., 56, is charged with first-degree murder, assault and battery, kidnapping, indecent exposure and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Late March 21, Del City police received a call of a fight in the street in the 2700 block of Eagle Drive.
