An Oklahoma City man was arrested Tuesday after a woman told police he entered her home, threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her.
The woman, 70, told police Allan Cruz, 67, walked into her apartment uninvited, sat down and began smoking cigarettes and drinking whiskey.
