DUNCAN — A fourth person has been charged in the fatal drive-by shooting of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane.
Oddesse John David Barnes, 22, was charged Monday with accessory to first-degree murder after the fact.
He is accused of concealing the .22-caliber revolver used in the shooting.
Three other defendants, Michael Dewayne Jones, 18; Chancey Allen Luna, 16; and James Francis Edwards Jr., 16; are charged with first-degree murder.
All four are from Duncan.
Lane, 22, was shot in the back while jogging Aug.
