A former death row inmate convicted of five notorious murders whose death sentence was overturned in 2010 likely will never see the light of freedom again.
Danny Keith Hooks, 55, was convicted of five counts of first-degree murder in 1998 in what became known as the Green Pastures murders, but his death sentence was overturned on appeal in 2010.
On Thursday morning in Oklahoma County District Court, Hooks pleaded guilty to five counts of first-degree murder.
