STILLWATER — Oklahoma State University police are investigating reports of a man exposing himself to two male students at Edmon Low Library.
OSU spokesman Gary Shutt said campus police had interviewed a person of interest Thursday afternoon, and were investigating the incidents.
One male victim told police the man inappropriately touched him and exposed and fondled himself.
