A Tulsa man was jailed Tuesday after he reportedly attempted to set a women's bathroom on fire.
Billy Shane Hamblin, 34, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on a first-degree arson complaint, jail records show.
About 4 a.m., Turley firefighters were called to a convenience store in the 6400 block of North Peoria Avenue to investigate an arson.
