NORMAN — A coach at Moore High School has been charged in Cleveland County with inappropriately touching a minor, court documents show.
Aaron Jarrard Howell, 38, was charged Thursday in Cleveland County District Court with one count of lewd acts with a child younger than 16.
According to court documents, Howell molested a female student at his residence over the course of four years.
