A handcuffed man, whom police shocked with a Taser as he attempted to flee Oklahoma City officers during a recent arrest, remained in jail Monday.
Jason Leon Bigger, 34, was arrested Wednesday evening on eight complaints, including possession of a firearm while committing a felony, resisting arrest and escaping custody after being charged with a felony, according to the police report.
About 6:30 p.m., police responded to Ace Cash Express, 4535 NW 23, after Bigger reportedly tried to cash a stolen check.
