Third arrest in 2006 drowning death of Broken Arrow teenager

WAGONER — Bob Colbert said he was two hours into his first day as Wagoner County sheriff when he began working on the case of Jarret Austin Clark, a Broken Arrow 18-year-old whose body was pulled from Fort Gibson Lake on May 18, 2006.

Clark had just graduated from high school and had gone camping to celebrate.
