Attorney was at center
of investigation of DA
An attorney charged Monday was at the center of a state multicounty grand jury investigation of Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater's 2006 campaign victory party.
The grand jury cleared Prater of any wrongdoing in June.
The grand jury investigated allegations that attorney Lewis B. Moon paid for the entire party himself.
