Attorney General Scott Pruitt has charged the owner of a Norman construction company with six counts of embezzlement after he allegedly never completed jobs he was paid for, including work on three homes damaged or destroyed in the May 20, 2013, Moore tornado.
Glenn Allen McCoy, 49, of Norman, was charged with six counts of embezzlement and one count of a pattern of criminal offenses in Cleveland County District Court on Tuesday.
