A man was shot by police Thursday evening after a store owner told police that the man was waving a knife around a northwest Oklahoma City shopping center, the police reported.
Officers were called in reference to a man waving a knife around outside of Stay True Tattoo, a tattoo stop near NW 17 and Portland Avenue.
