Oklahoma’s multicounty grand jury has issued a felony indictment after an investigation of a Washita County crime.
The grand jury’s judge, Oklahoma County District Judge Barbara Swinton, agreed Thursday to seal the indictment until after the defendant is arrested.
The identity of the defendant has not been revealed.
Grand jurors met in Oklahoma City three days this week.
