A Delaware County man was killed in a police shoot-out in Binghamton, N.Y., a city official said Tuesday.
Michael Eugene Spohn, 40, of Jay, was fatally shot by police Sunday, said Andrew Block, spokesman for the mayor's office.
Kiamesha Sporms, Binghamton's Days Inn assistant manager, said the shooting occurred about 2 a.m.
