EDMOND — A Edmond man was arrested Friday after police said sexually explicit photos and videos of children were found on his MP3 player and flash drives.
Jared Horton, 29, was arrested in Wewoka by Seminole County deputies and was booked into the county jail on two complaints of aggravated possession of child pornography and 10 counts of possession of child pornography, according to court documents.
Police said Horton’s sister called them in early June after her son found about 60 pictures of a young boy on an MP3 player and flash drives belonging to Horton.
Edmond police confiscated the devices and found images and videos of boys and girls ages 6 to 13, according to court documents.
Horton has worked in the graphic design department of the Edmond Sun since 2009.
