Two Oklahoma City men were charged with manslaughter Wednesday, including a man accused of causing a crash in northwest Oklahoma City that left his three passengers dead.
Michael Thanh Nguyen, 23, is charged in Oklahoma County District Court with three counts of first-degree manslaughter.
Nguyen was speeding March 27 east on NW 23 when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a building and brick wall near Shartel Avenue, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Two passengers died at the scene.
