GARBER — The Garfield County Sheriff’s Department is awaiting the extradition of a man arrested in Arizona who is wanted in connection with the death of a mother in northern Oklahoma.
Christopher Ryan Sparks, 23, was arrested early Sunday in a Phoenix suburb on a fugitive from justice complaint and booked into Maricopa County jail.
