ALTUS — A man was shot and wounded by police officers Monday, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reports.
Bruce Puente, 22, was shot in the early hours Monday in the 500 block of E Elm, OSBI reports.
A police officer was flagged down by a person who said a man had fired a gunshot in the area.
The officer found Puente standing at the southeast corner of Elm and Hightower.
