Oklahoma City fire rescue crews extracted a truck from the Oklahoma River after a witness reported it rolling down a boat ramp and into the water.
About noon Thursday, firefighters were called to the Byers Avenue Bridge, near SE 6 and S Lincoln Boulevard, close to the Devon Boathouse.
