MIDWEST CITY — Authorities are on the lookout for a man charged with animal cruelty after a pair of emaciated dogs were found abandoned in a Midwest City apartment.
One of the dogs — a 6-month-old puppy — died Monday, unable to recover from numerous medical complications, a pet rescue official said.
An arrest warrant for Corey Marion Harrison, 26, was issued Tuesday.
