A hearing is scheduled in the case of a former Oklahoma doctor who faces murder and drug distribution charges in connection with the drug overdose deaths of patients.
A preliminary hearing conference is to be held Wednesday afternoon in Oklahoma County District Court for William Valuck.
Valuck is a former pain management physician charged with eight counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of eight patients from what prosecutors say were overdoses of drugs he prescribed them.
