MUSKOGEE — A McAlester man who secretly videotaped female employees while they used an office restroom was sentenced to 10 months in prison, federal prosecutors announced Wednesday.
Kenneth Elkins, 56, also was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine per count and $393 in restitution and is required to register as a sex offender for three counts of video voyeurism.
