JAY — A Jay Middle School principal charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal boating accident was ordered to stand trial Tuesday.
Roger Shane Carroll, 39, of Eucha, is charged in Delaware County District Court with first-degree manslaughter, a felony, and reckless operation of a vessel, a misdemeanor.
