An Oklahoma City employee was arrested after a neighbor reported a cross on fire in front of a nearby house.
Joshua Scott Brown, 37, of Norman, was arrested Thursday on complaints of arson, endangering a person while committing arson, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Oklahoma City police were called out to the 16100 block of Glimmer Circle when a neighbor said he saw a man burning a cross in front of house, according to the incident report.
Police found a cross made of wood and fencing wire partially burned.
