OKEMAH (AP) — The man who found his 13-year-old granddaughter and another young girl fatally shot in Weleetka says he heard no gunshots before discovering their bodies alongside a rural road.
Peter Placker testified Monday on the first day of a preliminary hearing for 27-year-old Kevin Sweat.
