Oklahoma County prosecutors on Wednesday charged a Chicago man with first-degree murder in the 1996 death of an Oklahoma City aerospace engineer, court records show.
Dwayne Edmondson, 50, is accused of killing Scott Douglas Penny, 36, who worked at Tinker Air Force Base and lived alone.
Co-workers found Penny on Jan.
