EL RENO — An El Reno man accused of engaging in a long-term sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl is in the Canadian County jail with bail set at $185,000.
Joseph Hill, 28, was arrested July 11 after state Department of Human Services workers alerted sheriff's investigators that Hill had sent a text message containing a nude photograph of the to various people, including the girl, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
The victim was living with foster parents who intercepted the photos.
The victim told investigators she and Hill had been in a sexual relationship since she was 12, and that he had provided drugs to her on a regular basis, including marijuana, alcohol and methamphetamines, according to the news release.
She told deputies the two slept, showered and lived together as a married couple and she wore a ring signifying they were betrothed to one another for life.
According to the news release, Hill submitted to a polygraph test administered by a federal agent and confessed to illegal acts with the minor child.
