FARGO, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a preliminary autopsy indicates no foul play in the death of a Mooreland teenager following a party in Fargo.
The OSBI said Tuesday that the exact cause of death of 18-year-old Kolby Bowers has not been determined and the results of toxicology tests are pending.
The agency says Bowers died early Sunday after being taken from the party to a hospital in Woodward.
The Ellis County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI assistance because the death was considered suspicious at the time.
