A driver was shot in the head then and crashed his car into a restaurant early Friday, Tulsa police said.
About 4 a.m., police were dispatched to the Corner Cafe at 5301 S. Peoria Ave., after a witness reported that a car slammed into the side of the building.
Police said the unidentified 44-year-old male driver was transported to Saint Francis Hospital in critical condition after he was shot in the back of the head.
