Mayes County woman bitten on face by police dog has prior convictions
SPAVINAW — A Mayes County woman who lost a large piece of flesh from her cheek after she was bitten by a Cherokee Nation Marshal Service police dog has two prior convictions of assault on a police officer, court records show.
