An Oklahoma County jury Friday is expected to begin deliberations in the case of a preacher accused of shooting and killing his son-in-law in a dispute over a pickup.
Michael Scott Elder, 54, is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of son-in-law Gary Davidson, 27, who was shot and killed outside his home during a dispute over a pickup Davidson and Elder’s daughter shared.
The trial, which began Feb.
