A man was arrested Wednesday on complaints of exposing himself to several young children and failure to register as a sex offender.
Hillard Stallings, 68, was arrested after a complaint from a woman who told police he was walking around his front yard naked, in view of her three young children.
When Oklahoma City police officers asked Stallings about the incident, he refused to show identification, but admitted to being a registered sex offender, police said.
According to police reports, later in the day an officer witnessed Stallings exposing himself to a 14-year-old boy walking by his home in the 8300 block of NW 112.
An officer then arrested Stallings, and sex crimes investigators determined he was not registered at the home he was living in.
According to the Oklahoma sex offender registry, Stallings was convicted of lewd/indecent proposals to a child in 2009.
