A jury has found two women accused of child-abuse murder and child neglect guilty on all counts.
Jazmin Williams and Mica Shoate, both 24, were on trial under alternative legal theories linked to the death of 19-month-old Zamontay Green.
The jury recommended a sentence of life without parole on the murder count for both defendants.
