A man accused of stabbing his estranged wife in the OU Medical Center parking garage reportedly also had violated a protective order earlier in the month, court records show.
Willie Don Napoleon Jr., 41, was charged Friday in Oklahoma County District Court with assault and battery with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and two counts of violating a protective order.
