BLANCHARD — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the death of a McClain County woman.
The victim’s husband’s family also is offering a reward up to $1,000.
Rachelle Flowers, 24, was found dead April 9 inside her Blanchard home.
OSBI agents and McClain County sheriff’s investigators have learned two people were in the area at the time of the victim’s death, the OSBI reports.
According to the OSBI, a white female was seen standing in the front yard of the victim’s home about 11:30 a.m.
A white male was seen walking in the direction of the victim’s home that morning.
He is described as being between 6 feet, 2 inches and 6 feet, 5 inches tall, with dark hair.
